Pleasant Surprise
About 8 months ago I spurged on a built but never run Big Boy Toys Sprint Car from ebay. Complete rolling chassis with motor but no electronics. Body painted also. I put it on the shelf with the intent to disassemble, clean, whiten the parts and give it a few personal touches that makes it mine. A customer asked about this morning and while showing him, I notice it has a MIP stealth trans! This made my day, might have to bump-up the scheduled re-build of it.

Re: Pleasant Surprise
Sounds like the Optima I bought a year ago next month. After buying it I took the body off once or twice to take some pictures. I then put it on a shelf where its sat since. When I do get around to restoring it I'm sure theres going to be a few nice surprises.
