AWESOME! Lucky for me, the parts chassis i bought has this setup! However, it is a graphite chassis with Andy's front arms so the clearances are way different than the stock chassis. I noticed yours has what looks like some type of metal spacers under the bellcranks. I am about to try to space mine up as well because the crossbrace hangs too low and the bottom nuts on the tie rod ballstuds are hitting the chassis if there is any downward pressure at all. Thanks again for the pic. Do u have one with the servo mounted and connected?

Finally got her running last night with the LiPo and Losi ESC. The engine or either gears are making a screaming noise from time to time which I'm thinking is because there is no diff lube on them. Let me know if you know what causes that. Battery life is great.
I'm running a new Futaba 3PL and the steering was pretty far off after installing a steering set up from a DS. I have to do some adjustments on the linkage. After my test run I brought it in to do the adjustments and when I turned it back on, the car would not turn right. Turns left perfectly but when u turn it right the servo EXTREMELY slowly starts turning right. Do I need to replace the servo or is there something I'm missing? I don't see or feel any binding.

I would try another servo, sounds like something is internally wrong with the servo.. Could also be a radio issue?

How does a new Futaba S3010 sound? Is that a good one?

Glad to hear it is back up and running. WE need some recent pictures :-).

I still have my original RC-10, but built a looker and a runner. When I get some time I plan to get my original one running with a gold pan(also has a fibreglass mid chassis), and short arms for a possible second RC-10 to run at the 2012 VONATS.
