What body to Andys rc10 buggy?
My first post here.
My oldest sons name is Andy and i'm going to build a runner to him.
I bought a Andys rc10 wreck from Ebay whitout a body.
Does anyone know what body that will fit?

ASC 6160 is the part number for the regular RC10 Protech body. There are several others that fit. Any RC10 body should fit.
good luck

if it's the andy's car i'm thinking of, there's really nothing out there that will completely cover the chassis sides (reproduction market). a section on each side will stick out. something you'll have to live with.

Doh, sorry, I'll keep my bad advice off the boards. I had seen the andys chassis before but didn't realize it was that different of a shape.badattitude wrote:ASC 6160 is the part number for the regular RC10 Protech body. There are several others that fit. Any RC10 body should fit.

perhaps the andys renegade II body is a good fit for that? But I can't be trusted.

Added this link, I have never bought from this place and can't vouch their legit. no pic but a "Renegade" is listed the third and fourth row down.

I'd be surprised if you got a response: the product listings on that site are so outdated it looks like nothing's been updated in many many years.
If you don't need it to be authentic: lots of modern 4x4 bodies are wide near the front

Too funny... I found that site about 6 years ago and planned to clean them out. I thought I found the mother load. I called and started asking for rc10 parts and realized they were out of the first 10 parts I checked on. I remember the woman began to laugh on part 4 or 5.
