Hi everyone -

Ok I am just about done posting my projects and such but I just got a hold of a Gold Tub and wanted to post a photo to figure out what I needed to get it all up to par and as accurate as possible.

Right now I can figure it needs shocks... are the fronts by any chance the same as on the 10DS?
I need to get a front steering linkage to the servo
Front body mount and the battery mount cups and antenna mount. Other than eBay is there a another place to check?

It appears to have the rear shock strut with one hole at the top so i think that would be correct.

i've got some gold shocks (some complete, some just bodies) with aluminum caps and some with molded caps too, in different sizes. all are in good shape and weren't used much since i replaced them with grey shocks back then as soon as i could afford it. let me know what sizes you need and i'll hunt them down and give you a good price. i'm not a collector anymore so i've cleared out most of the old inventory. i'm not looking for profit, just want to help a fellow rc'er out.

i just checked my pit box and i still got a possibly never used (or used very little)white antennae mount. if i look around i'm sure i got white body mounts left.

Hi -

Yeah I for sure would want both, looking at the other runner I got, I would need 4 rear shocks, and 2 front shocks. I have no idea what sizes those would be maybe someone can help with that... I think I would need the complete setup for each shock and just want something where the gold is all the same color, since it would be going on the shelf.

the antenna mount I want for sure as well.. I have lots of parts so if you need anything ask.

Does anyone know what size the rear shock bodies should be on the first gold tub?

sorry i don't know about shock size on first tub, but the rc10ce had .71 on front and 1.32 in rear (i'm pretty sure anyway). i know i got 1.32, .71, .56(?), and the ds size-.56 body w/ .32 shaft. i think those are accurate measures. the .56 is a question mark cause i can't remember if i kept the shafts or used them elsewere. i'll try and search this stuff out tomorrow after work and get back to you asap. i also have a friend who has some nip white parts up for sale. i'll get you some info there as well. i'm unsure just what he's got.

1.32" shocks on the rear...bottom loaded if you want to be correct.
