Not completely sure yet. I'll clean'er up and see what I think, but yes, the gold anno is in excellent shape with a few scratches underneath, primarily to the nose plate bottom edges. It has some parts I needed for other projects but I'll replace them with other stuff.
I think I might go down the old is new road again, but not go all out like I did with the last car which was a perfect, never run CE I also got on craigslist (NOT for $30 though!). I put aluminum front hub carrier and steering knuckles on it and Atlas gold anno front and rear suspension mounts, and even with a lexan undertray, I was reluctant to drive it so I ended up selling it to askbob! This CE has the same strengthened rear A-arms and other nice bits on it, so if I make it a modern runner with 2.2" tires I'd keep as much as I can stock.
I didn't need it for sure, but who could resist at $30!
Hah, trades move fast on this board. I brokered a deal to buy back a car I sold this summer for this craigslist gold pan plus some cash. So the new owner will have to announce his plans for it!
So, with my re-ignited passion for RC10s, I have been keeping track of Craigslist. I just missed out on an early Edinger... But, I did have a good pickup recently on a truly UNUSED Late Black Stealth RC10CE. This thing should be in a museum! I was...

Seller stated it is a Yokomo YR4 M2. it's really a nice car. I'd keep it if I didn't already have three Xrays
This morning while cruising Craigslist I came across the posting for this RC10
The guy lives in a city 90 miles away and not wanting to miss out, I jumped on my Motorcycle for the 180 mile trip. Turns out he also had a new built Graphite buggy...

Wow, nice score! Those are my favorite of all the Tecnacraft wheels. The size and style just look right. I have an addiction to them too, and I blame you and your gallery. Are outer rims in decent shape? I see them now, on a blue RC10 tuber build....
My first car was a fox. Actually, my first cars were nikkos, etc, but my first REAL car was a fox. Got it for xmas in the mid 80's. I still remember sitting at the little table in the kitchen next to the refrigerator building it. I also remember it...
I found a gorgeous barely used rc10gt the other day. Motor was all goopy solid but I got it freed up. Never tried nitro before! Chassis is real nice, only minimal scratches.
Not sure what to do with her. Drive? I need a dirt track...
For $50 today (sorry other twin cities members!) I scored this on craigslist. Can't wait to dig into it tonight when I get home and see what I hauled in. The guy brought it to work and told me he had several inquiries about it and just said whoever...

That's cool you should try plugging the battery straight into the 110v wall socket to charge it. I think thats how he intended it to be done. Let me know what happens when you get out of the hospital...
Yesterday I bought a goldpan chassis drilled for the stealth tranny from the factory, with out having the pan in front of me is there anyway to know what buggy it is? Like is it a Champion Edition?? Ill post pics as soon as I get the buggy.
Guy called me offered this for sale.
Pics are his, including my favorite, appliance shots! It has been added to the stable.
Remember seeing this on the shelf at the local hobby shop, thought they looked cool with all the black.
Will probably sit on...
