Ultima/Optima Mid
I got these two in a package deal. The Mid looks like it was only ran a few times...it seems to be all stock with the exception of Andys front arms and a Losi Xcellerator body. The Ultima, ran a little more but its still in good shape and all stock. I'm not sure if I'll keep them or not, but they look really cool.

I'll take a pic of the other side when I get home tonight. The cutout job is a little rough near the tranny but its actually is a pretty good fit....just need to clean it up a bit.

Re: Ultima/Optima Mid
Does a stick pack fit in the width of that Losi body though? My guess is that it would e a little narrow... Looks good however - if it works, use it.
Re: Ultima/Optima Mid

Re: Ultima/Optima Mid
You know I didnt even think about it with the battery in it. You're right, its gotta be too narrow. Heres some pics of the otherside. It didnt come with a gear cover, so I'll have to search for one..losiXXXman wrote:Does a stick pack fit in the width of that Losi body though? My guess is that it would e a little narrow... Re: Ultima/Optima Mid
Should fit with saddle packs but you might have to cut your own chassis for it: with the cells closer to the center line than the orginal chassis had them. I agree that body looks super sweet on this car.

Re: Ultima/Optima Mid
Good point, but the contours are nice straight line so you could cut some lexan sheet and fold up the sides, tape them together on the inside and run a velcro on the outside.

I'm 99.999999% sure that's where the MSC was mounted. That's why there was a bubble on the car's right side window.

Re: Ultima/Optima Mid
exact, some other versions did not come with a mechanic speed controler and had a much tighter black frp part instead.
