Good deal? Kyosho USA-1 Monster Truck

Local seller has a complete bone stock kyosho usa-1 electric in very good cond.

He is asking $100 I only collect,run nitros but i dig the look of this truck. Anyone know if this is a fair price?

Yes, I'd say it is considering the condition. They do have a number of issues though if you plan on running it.

They are a good truck the only problem I have with them are the driveshafts. And the worst possible 4 Wheel steering setup. But $100 bucks is a fair price.

I agree but they can be made reliable. My Double Dare Has been the worst I replaced the entire drivetrain With thorp ball diffs driveshafts And out drives. The only problem I have know is where the ball end screws to the knuckle keep poping out. But I have bashed the heck out of my Big Boss and no problems. You just have to tinker with it a bit.

I grabbed it last night along with a new landjump. Other than alot of dust it looks new like it was hardly ever used. I'm thinkin it was a display truck used for in store demo's, Most likely i will be putting it up for sale.
