Molded that's right, but it's more about 12 to 15 cars made for the race.

I can believe that, but I can't help but wonder, who had them and where are they now?

did anybody else notice that the rear hingepins are inside the mounting screws instead of outside like normal? I have looked at those pics countless times and just noticed that. If I wasnt for the shock mounts on both sides of the arms I would swear those were 10T arms out back.

AWESOME Thread! I remember when these races happened (the 2 worlds these cars ran in) and it is crazy to think/see how these cars were made!

The original car for the 1989 worlds had shorter shocks. Jay Halsey made the long shock tower and put the long shocks on first after he got the car for testing so then they made shock towers and shocks for everyone.

Re: Hirosaka's Stealth RC10 used in Australia & Detroit Worl
It always seemed to me that the car had the front end reversed (to lengthen the wheelbase presumably). I would like to know if the cars were originally intended to have the front end mounted the other way round (arms swept as opposed to leading), shocks in front of the tower, not behind etc. -Jeff
