Thanks Todd, apparently the body is a hit :D and yes I do have the part number it's Proline #3022.

Thanks, it's nowhere near as cool as some of your handmade ones but it'll get the job done 8)

Jay does have this shell already, and the other 3 in the Pro-Line lineup as I recall- the Jeep, the Chevy and the Ford.

But the Nissan is the coolest one though!!!!

In case you guys want to see the rest of the bodies Reg was talking about, here's a page taken from the June 1992 RCCA mag.

I have those white rims, and the Chrome ones for some builds. Just thought of them from being the ad!

Okay, a couple quick pics of what I have so far. I decided not to use the battery strap that came with the kit. Mainly because it's designed for 7 cells and pushes the battery cup too far forward imo. Plus it's made of black fiberglass, I think this CC strap looks better especially since it's made of the same graphite as the chassis and made for 6 cells.

Let me know what you think.

Here you can see how nice the RD light weight outdrives look on the SUPER stealth 8)

Only the slightest bit of red on the topshaft shows but I know it's in there and that's what counts

Looking stellar so far Dave!!! BTW that battery strap is a 7 cell, the rectangle is for the 7th cell on top!

OH MAMA that looks minty fresh! I've honestly never cared for many top-plate style chassis before on 2wd, but I'm a bit confused by the strong emotions I'm feeling right now seeing this one. 8)

Okay time for a little update. After sourcing the necessary screws I can now reveal the special wheels....

A brand new set of Lohas split 5 spoke Truck wheels!! If you look closely each wheel has one thick and one thin spacer in each. Bringing them to the exact width as a stock set of three piece rears in the back and in front the exact same width as the narrow truck fronts. They'll be wrapped in new Proline Red pro-90's out back and some new Associated narrow truck tires up front. I hope you like :D

Stupid guys with all their stupid super cool builds...

Look at me! I have a good build to show off instead of the same crappy chassis over and over again...
