RC12 Wheels?
Sorry noob question...
I'm contemplating the hub swap from the rear 2 - 3 bolt for more tire options.
I've been searching, but I really don't see much of those out there either besides the jaco prisms or whatever.
Can anyone point me in the right direction, even a search term will help. Thanks!

Re: RC12 Wheels?
you need to upgrade to a rc12L3, rc12L4 or CRC carpet knife set up for the axle. and then just those tires are pretty much it I belive theirs not a lot of 1/12 out their any more.

Re: RC12 Wheels?
Thanks for the advice! I'll look into the carpet knife option. One of my cars is already set-up with the larger 4 bolt hubs, but the right side sticks out mega far so I don't think I want to set the other cars up that way.
I did find another brand for the associated 3 hole, they're Parma PSE 1/12th's, but you're right there's not much out there. 2 brands are better than none - it seems there's nothing for the old 2 hole hubs besides rare old stock in random stores or individual collections.

Re: RC12 Wheels?
I decided to convert to the Associated 3-bolt rears for 2 cars since it's the only viable options I seem to have with sourcing parts.
1 will be with the older style silver 3 bolt hubs etc (RC12LC4?) and the other will be the newer blue RC12R5.1 hubs etc.
Hopefully both will work good, but if only 1 or the other will work that's ok too I can live with that

Re: RC12 Wheels?
Here's the combo I put together tonight with a new IRC axel and the the 3 bolt hubs I have. Seems to work ok at this point. I ordered the the matching blue right side and D-rings should be here any day.
