I was wondering how much it would cost to convert an SC10 to a RC10b4 and have decided, if I ever want to get a b4, it would be cheaper to buy a roller off the bay.

9560 - Chassis 23.59
9578 - Front A-Arms 5.99
9582 - Rear A-Arms 6.79
6925 - Front bumper* rpm 80232 4.79
9568 - Front Shock Tower* 3.89
9572 - Rear Shock Tower 5.99

I think you will need the front shock bodies as well!

Not worth converting! Like you say, just buy a gently used B4 roller!

grab an app called Handbrake, its a piece of cake...convert to mp4....320x240 (a smidge higher never hurts...but you have to upload these, so the bigger they are the longer it'll take) is plenty if its come from VHS and upload :)

I cant find a legendary series Javelin at the moment, is it possible to convert a Optima mid turbo using the roll cage? Is there anything else that I would need? Many thanks.

For the rereleases it's easy, depending on how accurate you want the conversion.

You need the OT247 cage set and OT252 wing in the colour of your choice, and the OT251 roll bar, OT250 wing mount. The driver figure is the same as the Turbo....
