Front skis for snow
Im from Michigan so it might have just been a cold north thing buttt... Does anybody remember the ski kits that replaced the front wheels? If I remember right they also came with dual wheel adapters for the rear as well. When I was a teenager the local shop had an RC10 on skis with dual rear wheels. If anybody remembers them could you tell me who made the kits. I remember they made em for all sorts of cars. I wanted a set for my lunchbox but never got em. Anyways that memory jumped into my head the other night and it wont leave now

I remember them and had a set, and yes they came with dual rear wheel adapters. They were produced by a company called Snowtime Accessories (thanks railey72) and were known as the "Winter Conversion Kit."
Skis work great, but you can't really jump with them since if you come down wrong they will break. Though I imagine the ones made today by a few companies are stronger. For example theres: http://www.fullforcerc.com/ski-kits.htm
Heres the ones you're talking about. I snagged the picture off eBay. They're missing the two little anti-rotation posts that screw into those multi-position holes.

Thanks, I edited my post accordingly.
More pictures I found...
The rear adapters and instructions shown are not part of the kit. They were made by a company called RCH and are for the Sand Scorcher.
