Re: YEEE HAWWW!!!
Here's a very nice General Lee someone made! At 45 seconds in he lifts the body to show the chassis.

Re: YEEE HAWWW!!!
that ending was hilarious. those smoke trails are identical to the real thing.
who remembers that video that someone posted a month or two ago of the rc general lee getting chased by the rc scale roscoe? is was like a miniature version of the show.

Pricey but looks the part
I don't recall the General Lee having a big ugly chrome wart on the hood, side pipes and misaligned graphics.

Re: YEEE HAWWW!!!
NO Charger had side-pipes, and as you said, the General Lee never had a blower. Maybe they got it confused with the Fast & Furious Charger?Mindwarp wrote:purpletimbo wrote:http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/CUSTOM-PAINTED-BODY-TRAXXAS-RC-GENERAL-LEE-HPI-PROLINE-/120708655986?pt=Radio_Control_Parts_Accessories&hash=item1c1acbeb72

HPI's Monster-Truck bodies like the GTO, Charger, 'Cuda look like a$$. They look stupid on truggies, monster trucks, and look even stupider when you try to mount one on a proper touring car chassis. The wheel-wells are all farked up to make them look half-decent with fatmeat tires.

Re: YEEE HAWWW!!!
I'm a huge fan of blowers but NEVER liked them molded into a lexan body. They're always the wrong size and nowhere close to being scale. The one on that body is even in the wrong place! *Facepalm*

Has anyone checked (Ebay, Amazon, etc.) on one of those Walmart 1/10th scale General Lees' (just for the body)?
