Hi all, long time lurker, first time poster . Great site, loads of info. here. I recently won a Traxxas Blue Eagle on a well known auction site and I`m excited to say the least because this is one of the trucks that I desperatly wanted as a kid, instead, had to make do with a Midnight Pumpkin. Not that it wasn`t a fun truck to drive, but, I remember leafing through r/c magazines a million times and seeing these "Pro" r/c`s(RC-10s, Losi`s, Traxxas(s)?lol). What I intend to do is make a period correct truck out of this thing to relive my youth. My goal is to collect the r/c`s that I wanted as a kid in the late 80`s early 90`s, now that I have the means too. So, consider this a heads up for some Q&A. Thanks.

congrats! posts some pics and read up...there isn't too much blue eagle info on the boards, but fortunately, many of the parts crossed between traxxas' models, so you can find almost anything you need.
