Steering bell crank, know the difference for JRX Pro?

Post by mytimac »

Hopefully the vast think tank here can come up with an answer for me.
I am trying to work on a part compatibility matrix/chart for the vintagelosi site.
Looking at the Jrx Pro manual it says the steering bell crank parts are a1505, called the Monster Truck Bell Crank Kit. I can't find that part number in any other parts lists but it is in the JRXT manual.

So was a1505 (Monster Truck Bell Crank Kit) changed to a1507 (Rigid Steering Arm Set) later?

I know there are some with one hole for the connection from servo and some with 2 holes. Thinking the Pro 1505 was one and then the 1507 was 2 holes?? Doesn't really matter a whole lot for my chart, but I don't want to bother listing a1505 as a part for other buggies and trucks if it didn't ever really exist outside the kits.

Any ideas out there?

Thanks

Ok, well sorta answered my own question by going back through the part variations thread on here.

Unfortunately it looks like they did make an a1505, but the white or black ones are clearly not what came with the Jrx-Pro. The manual may say that, but it isn't true. The box art shows black, but I know when I got mine brand new as a kid, it had the red ones. So the Pro must have shipped with a1507.
