I've been wanting to get a Turbo Optima for so long and found this one on ebay. Well, it's a Salute but as we know it's a Turbo Optima with a different body. The spaceship body is not really for me, so I'm going to be getting a Turbo Optima body for...

Finally found the courage to molest the original Turbo body.
It´s painted in light blue and pearl backed with white.
It seems like the sheet of stickers has left their drawer, a darn shame as they were originals.

This thread is about two Optima Mid models in the SWB segment. One Turbo Optima Mid and one Turbo Optima Mid SE being built side by side (those two yellow cars in the picture above).

Parts are taken from several mid cars I have in various shape....

I finally found a great off-brand upgrade for the stock Javelin/Optima/Turbo Optima rear arms. This mod is so cheap it's laughable, and will upgrade your rear control arms, dog-bones, and give you a slightly wider stance all at once.

Tried a search but no luck. Looking for the actual paint colours (or very close alternatives) to paint up an Optima and Turbo Optima, both in box art. I guess what blue and yellow for the Optima (white is easy 8) ) and the red/orange for the Turbo....

Why didnt you buy the lazer zx-s shell from kamtec in the uk. Its also advertised on ebay. Its an optima shell with extra air slots and would be the better option.
