Losi XX Jammin bodyshell?

Hi all, I need a little help. I've found this clear bodyshell, its not the Kinwald xcelerator one (scoop at the front and the side scoop is larger), but I think its the original Jammin bodyshell? Anyone care to offer their opinion?

I hope its not an aftermarket one....

I think thats the jammin xx, i just saw a couple crappilly painted shells i did in my teens, (not that im any better now??) at my folks house the other day, Ill see if i can grab em out and take pics of them.

Yeah, I think so too. The guy only charged me £12 so I got it anyway, should arrive any day. It'll be an excellent score if it is - better get the airbrush out and start practising

On a side note, where are those shocks from? They look like the newer anodising (not black like mine) and suit the car much better

no their off the shelf I had them on my pro se they were a hop up. I think all of the xxx had threadded, at lease all the ones I have had.

Yeah, Losi had 3 different colors of the hard coated shocks. Silver, black, and this greenish-brown-grey. They had blue and gols as well, but I don't know if they were classified as hard ano.

It was up in the air as to what color you got in the kits. Most were black, but I personally like the brown ones better. They seem to have a slicker finish.

Yeah I prefer that colour too, brings the car more up to date with the current cars.

Seems that the part numbers are discontinued now, so gonna be hard to find

There are always some floating around on ebay. Be careful, I ordered a pair listed singly as a BIN, and I got 2 different colors. Best bet is to watch out for the shock kits, where they are packaged up in pairs.
