Post by TZona »

on the rc10 arms, the kit uses small phillips head screws, what is exact replacement size. and does anyone think they make a common hex head the same size?

No phillips head screws on the arms- only 4/40 cap head screws, unless you are referring to the 8/32 phillips head screws that attach the suspension through the chassis ( and fasteners express makes steel 2.5mm hex/100 deg countersunk ) or someone put some metric Kyosho or Yokomo screws in-

The screws used to hold the hinge pins are 1/4" 4-40. The screws that attach the shock mount to the arm are 3/16" 4-40. There are plenty of 4-40 hex bolts you can use as replacements for the Phillips screws, although button heads would be a good choice, at least for the hinge pins.
