most of us ran YZ10 at the time. and had 2 to 3 runners with different mods, setup, or versions. 9 of 10 were YZ10 at the race from '94 to '98. I believe there are many runners even NIBs somewheres in koreaMikeyboy wrote:Where do you guys find these?

Re: '94 yz10 and pavidis runners
the chassis is not bad from top and bottom view. but it has a crack on the righ side do you wanit it?marui hunter 73 wrote:they look great brother! did you get them for a good price? how bad was the pav chassis very cracked i take it.
they made MR-4 TC and rally first then adopted the chassis for MR-4 BC. I ran MX-4 and MR-4BC both. but they were not quite different to me. but MX-4 looks better you knowmarui hunter 73 wrote: whats you thoughts on why yokomo went to composite plastic on the bc/special then back to carbon again on the bx?
I have a MR-4BX factory. it came from MX-4 YMP you know. but newer B-MAX4 is so different. it takes advantage from "chasssis roll" and fater than MR-4BX at my local track. but I prefer MR-4BX. simply it looks great

That's a type of security screw used in places where the screw heads have to be exposed but still relatively tamper-proof. They look really cool on that chassis

Re: '94 yz10 and pavidis runners
I could never get my hands ona pavidis so I settled on a project I had for a couple years..Recently got some carbon towers and a few other option parts, pavidis rear arms and some Team Suzuki parts...Only problem with my build is the top deck which is from fibre lite..I have an opton top deck with the shock, but it will not fit...rear holes are off? I really wanted to put that top deck on..Pretty rare was NIP..still have a little work to do to it, like replace the screw and rebuild the shocks, and also looking for carbon battery straps

I had a same optional top deck with the shock before. but your rear half is weird. that should be shorter than yours.
and, you can order another top deck with the original Pavidis design from FL. let me know if they don't have the template
and, I'm looking for the top deck with the shock. can you sell it to me if you don't need it? I can modify it.

Was going to say that Phoenix has a Fibrelyte/Com Com top deck in his for-sale thread for the YZ-10, it has the extra bit that covers the layshaft.
That one you have HM is weird - almost looks like the rear part is actually the front deck for a YR4 or something??

Re: '94 yz10 and pavidis runners
To Hairymuffin,
The reason the rear part of the 2 piece top deck does not fit is because the top deck is upside down. This option top deck was designed for the Pavidis Edition Yokomo (your model is the 1994 YZ10) and the Pavidis Edition chassis has one of the top deck posts mounted further forward compared to the 94 YZ10.
You would have to drill 1 new hole if you are planning on using the 2 piece top deck.
Vin
