Re: Craig's Project Shadow
Before you dye white parts, see if you can trade with someone that has molded black ones as some of the white stuff is hard to come by.

Re: Craig's Project Shadow
Funny, I had never tried dying parts before. Was going to give it a shot on a project that is in planning right now using my Houge graphite chassis. Looking forward to seeing yours done.

Re: Craig's Project Shadow
I was going to post more progress today, but when I got to put the steering assembly on my buggy all I had were pearly white pieces, only if i had a black set I could continue foward on this bulid, because it would be a shame to dye them black.

Re: Craig's Project Shadow
Now you are getting it.
Of coure you may do as you wish, but I was just putting a thought in your head. I have dyed parts but they were badly stained or scratched. If they are close to new I would search for black because someday you might want to put together an earlier car.
Looking good btw.

Wheels wont fit
Okay, Ive been working on Project Shadow and went to put on te Rulux wheels, but they rub the hubs, any sugestions, I have changed to the 3/16 CVD to run the rulux wheel, Im using the standard 1.5 degree hub with 1/4x 3/16 flanged bearings. Thanks- Craig
