I am new to this forum
I recently own a 4x4 slash and love it. I have also been hanging out with some vintage guys but no vintage RC. I am looking for a vintage traxxas RC. trx-1, trx-3, tcp, or a bullet.
Past R/C vehicles;
Bolink eliminator, 4-tec, nitro 4-tec, t-maxx, nitro hawk, rustler

Thanks for the help guys, but i didn't get to it in time. I did how ever score a Radicator. Do you know if I can convert it to a trx1 fairly easily.

not really easy to convert, but a decent car in it's own right. radicator, or rad 2? rad 2 is closer to a competitive buggy.
i'll second(or third?) the ebay suggestion. lots of good stuff, just need to be vigilant.

Re: I am new to this forum
now, if you can add the the graphite chassis to a radicator it becomes a real cool thing. But I don't think they sow up often and you need some other parts to complete the conversion too...
PenguinRC offers a rustler/bandit conversion kit with double deck chassis. I'm contemplating on getting this : the only extra part I'll need as far as I could tell sofar is the bandits front bulkhead. But I didn't loo close enough yet to be sure. I have a TCP (trx3) too and sofar it hasn't done anything other than decorating the shelf, so there's no hurry in getting the rad2 to the same level.
One thing I dislike in these buggies and which is holding me a bit back on investing: the inner hinge locations of the arms, both front and back, are very wide apart. Nearly every other brand evolved their designs to bring the hinge pins closer together and use longer arms.
