Tamiya Wheel Adapter Curiosity.

Post by Y'ernat Al »

I've wondered recently, the wheel adapters that came in my early Edinger intended using Tamiya wheels on the front and Holiday Buggy/Rough Rider rubber on the rear...

They don't get much attention, even with the Halsey replicas sporting Tamiya rubber around. The original parts list I have mentions the front wheel bearing rings...

but I've never caught mention of the rear rings that lock the Tamiya rubber to the jelly beans, not even in anybody's Halsey type build? Did they come in kits for a while? They must have been phased out at some point? Haven't looked through the old Edinger-type posts, but there's nothing in the "25 Yrs of the RC10 eh?" Rod? :D
