I think the silver can Tamiya motor aside from the stock motor was the 540-SD which is a silver motor also. I actually saw one yesterday.

Its silver the RX540-SD
Black is RS-540
gold is RX-54-VZ

It is the black can. I've ownd some in the past and they're much faster. Should make that class pretty exciting!

Erich, I'm to lazy to read all the posts but do we know if the race is outside or inside. I'd hate to start the event outside and get forced inside due to the weather. I'm heading down to run in th enext few weeks are you busy?
