there was also a price cap on the esc of like $110 list (tekin 412P, novak m5, etc.), and you had to run a 120 spur and a choice of 3 different pinions (26, 27, and 28 iirc). you had to run the spec body too (ford or chevy, car or truck). and unlike most pancar racing, you weren't allowed to cut out the rear tail light/bumper panel.SteveK wrote:There was a Trinity Street Spec series in the mid 90s; multiple manufacturers were allowed, but the chassis had to be approved by Trinity, and everybody ran the same tires, motors, and batteries.
