Re: Spring RC10Talk RC10T Competition!
I have two 10t , this is my old racer from back in the early 90's
the real cool part is this both of them were giving to me by freinds. This one I got new for an xmas present from a friend I race with back in 90 or 91.

Thats what it looked like when I got it, its been cleaned up and upgraded a few things. Again it looks a little different but still stayed with the blue/white look, I will try and get a newer picture once its back together.SofaKing wrote:Sounds cool, I'd love to see it. I don't know if any came set up this way from the factory, this one started life as a black pan with all white parts. It took a long time to gather all the goodies she has on her nowburnsmonkey wrote:Wow I swear I have your twin, blue chassis, white parts, cf stealth tranny brace, mip steering, shocks, sticker placement, TiRods, even the tires. I wonder if some were produced like that as a roller from AE? I did change some things though, like went to blue RPM arms.

Okay, here's my entry! Coincidentally It's getting posted in the for sale section right after this.
I think it's a "custom" entry but in reality it's a "racer"
I'm going to go with "custom",,,, final answer!
and if I win please by all means give my proceeds back to the site!

Re: Spring RC10Talk RC10T Competition!
Ok guys, I kinda fell short on the organization for this one, so here go the catagories
1) Box Stock/Newbuilt ( any version, 7001-7011-7035-7037w
)
2) Custom ( whatever )
3) Aftermarket ( Tekin, JG, Proline, Composite Craft, RPM )
4) Runner/old racer
edit your posts to reflect what you would like to enter, I will post a poll on April 1 and we will vote
until April 3, winner will recieve a custom trophy or we will donate the cost of the trophy to the site!

Heres an updated photo of my blue 10T, not quite done but close. Changed rod ends, f+r arms and tranny to RPM, blue springs, and cleaned alot. Needs, rear shocks to match the front, blue gear cover, peg from rear body mount and trim up the rear bulkhead and maybe a battery strap. I pulled the brushless setup out of sprint flux and it runs pretty quick, need to play with the gearing a bit though.

This is the winner!
This paint job took hours to do! I had to place all the paint chips perfectly and the front tires are SIK!
