Remember the letter Gil Jr wrote in the early ‘90s, recommending that foam inserts should be banned? To prevent the super soft high wear tires, would be fairly easy to tech. It was published in one of the magazines, RC Car Action I think?

You guys sure the original T came with a servo saver built into the bellcranks? I'm almost positive IF you ran a saver, it went on the servo for the JrX2, JrXT, and the Pro (red ballbearing bellcranks?).

no, there wasn't a servo saver on the steering bellcrank..... so to speak. but, the jrx2 and jrxt, as well as the junior 2/T all came with a left side steering belcrank that was very thin. which in turn flexed quite a bit. in the event of a bad crash, the bellcrank would snap before damage was done to the servo.

Didnt think I was crazy. The first Losi with the integrated servo saver was the XX if memory serves me correctly.
