It's a worlds tub car that had a really damaged chassis, so I put a worlds graphite chassis on it- the same car you see in this post, with a graphite chassis--what they should have done

More great info I did not know!Charlie don't surf wrote:Not just 10t hub carriers my friend, but 0 deg hub carriers. As I understand and have seen it it goes like this-RC10resto wrote:White 10T rear hub carriers
Worlds car released like this, then same as this but with different box and manual and the older stlye rear hubcarriers but this time the carriers are black and black spur, all black plastic and box with Kinwald/Drescher a gold foil sticker on the box and for the first time the "b2 stlye" shock collars
and bottoms.
Do you have the box and manual? If so, pics pleeeease!

Hey Rod,Do you have the box and manual? If so, pics pleeeease!
I think he is describing the box you have pictures of in your thread. I have the "other" box.

Re: RC10 Worlds Resto
No way, the "worlds graphite" is just a 10talk nickname because of the masami shape of the chassis--it's just a 6036 with the TQ23/73 tires and a solid spur, short hinge pin rear arms.slotcarrod wrote:Wasn't the chassis the only difference? Never mind I will use Reg's pic, it's a different box from mine! Look at the side and the missing gold sticker!
Is Reg's box late or early?

Re: RC10 Worlds Resto
I have seen two of them (used) from non collectors on eBay. I nearly bought one, unmolested, it even had the box, it was like the team car box! I wish I had won it now! It was not called a worlds car on the box! I think it was a very late graphite team car. I wonder if they came with all the worlds car parts? DAMN I wish I had won it!Charlie don't surf wrote:No way, the "worlds graphite" is just a 10talk nickname because of the masami shape of the chassis--it's just a 6036 with the TQ23/73 tires and a solid spur, short hinge pin rear arms.slotcarrod wrote:Wasn't the chassis the only difference? Re: RC10 Worlds Resto
That would be correct, it was just the last version of the 6036 graphite team car produced for about 2 months as I'm told--box was a late team car box. All white partsslotcarrod wrote:slotcarrod wrote:Charlie don't surf wrote:It's a worlds tub car that had a really damaged chassis, so I put a worlds graphite chassis on it- the same car you see in this post, with a graphite chassis--what they should have done

Re: RC10 Worlds Resto
I had one of the "late" Graphite Team cars w/ the Masami style chassis. I believe I got it in late 1994. Came with the Black "carbon composite" front and rear arms, but all other parts were white, and the shock towers were fiberglass.
Best RC10 "kit" I ever put together for dirt oval racing.
