Problems about the front axle/ steering knuckle

I just have a quick look at my RC10 parts today...........found that there are at least 3 different kinds of axle/ steering knuckle combination...........

any one knows which kind belongs to which era ??.......

hi.the top one are the aluminium inline.these came later.the secound one are close to first gen inline.they have been died and drill..dont no if the are edinger thought.
the third one are late model trailling.these axle are still in use on the b4 trailling arm :x talk about getting millage from a part... :cry:...
correct me someone if im wrong. :mrgreen:

This is what I see regarding these steering blocks and axles:
Top - White #6221 for aluminum axles fits late RC10CE and World's 1993-1995
Middle - Black #6217 for in-line axles fits RC10's 1987-1993
Bottom - Black #6216 for off-set axles fits RC10's 1984-1986
These are all approximate dates :wink:

Are there any advantages in which ones you use? I am using the set from the Worlds model on my GoldPan mod runner.
