Old Losi Truck, need some help.

Hello,

I have what I was told is a JRXT; I've had it for years and it has seen better days. Everything works except I have a broken front right spindle carrier #a-1000 according to the manuals on vintagelosi.com. Anyone know of a more modern part that is compatible?

I'd love to find an original part but am just looking to get it running for the moment.
I found a message board post through google that lead me to believe I could substitute an A-1017 which was for an LXT.

To be blunt I'm not even sure it is a JRXT though it certainly looks like one from pictures on vintagelosi.com and this board.
