I don't remember that one, but it looks to be one of the many Tamiya knock-offs. A Super Champ front end w/ a Grasshopper/ Hornet rear end. Topped off with a Hornet style body.

[Edit: wait a minute! Is that a fully indpendent trailing arm type in the rear?]

Yeah, independent trailing-arm rear suspension. It's in an old RC Car Action, but they didn't take many pictures back then so you don't get as much detail as in the ad even.

Mine is in pieces, missing a few I might add. It's ugly as hell, but I always was drawn to the rear suspension. For whatever reason, I like it.
