Did Bullet's ever come from Traxxas with factory black parts?
Thanks,

I don't think so, but Traxxas still makes some of the parts in black. Likely you have some new fangled replacements. :)

The originals are white and labeled TRX PRO, the new black parts have the new Traxxas logo's on them.

Ok, so was the Bullet used in the full page 1989 Traxxas ads a prototype car - the parts are all black?

Maybe it was just dyed black? Traxxas always marketed their parts as dyable, plus that was all the rage bitd.
