I wonder whether an update will not be forthcoming until the close of the voting blog on MIP's website. 9 days to go until it ends. I would hope that there will be some news following the end of that blog, otherwise it would seem that this may have been just a flash in the pan.....

Well i hope there'll be some good new, it'll really be nice if MIP decides to re-release or even re-release it with some updated parts...

I have an update. I was going to check they blog over at MIP to see the vote count. The blog is gone. I guess the tally ended. Wonder what the verdict is.

I voted. It would be interesting to get one. Though I would only want to pay about $100 - $150. I'm still recovering from my Buggy Champ purchase and I have to save up for the "rumor" release of Sand Scorcher :)

I would totally be down for one whatever the price. That was my dream buggy! I only got to drive one once in practice. in about 92 right when the first Kyosho lazer came out . I ran against it before the race heats so I did not want to push it as it was not my car. My friend had the "new" Lazer and really cleaned up with it that day.

Seems the poll has closed with 95% for vintage kits.

Am I looking at the correct page?

Ok, sorry for bringing this thread back to the forefront again but I note that the poll on the MIP blog ended (strongly in favour of vintage re-re) some days back now.

So, anyone (Daddeo?) have any updates as to what Mr Moore now has in mind on this subject?

Sorry for no real updates. I have been very busy with my business and not had the proper time to speak with Eustace. I will be doing so between now and tomorrow. If I do get any info that's news worthy I will post it.
