cool, thanks! so it fits right under the bulkhead cap, no modificatios needed other than the taller steering gear? interesting.

correct - you only have to add zc-200L (longer steerings posts) and some nuts. See Masami's car for reference.

After seeing this thread, I think I have the incorrect bottom body pan and cover. Everything else looks correct on mine. Unbelievable build. Sweet car man!

Masami's car is pictured and discussed in detail in a rc-car action 1989 issue - you'll find the scans in the scans area.

i am still looking for:

RCPS titanium turnbuckles
TR-32 front tires
834B wing mounts -> required most urgently
"I love KO" decals
Vintage number decals
KO electronics
Shorter front piston rods
Gold or teflon coated metal shock caps
4 + 2 Chassis

yes correct, there is also another one that has less material and rounded on the outside, but i think that is a newer one for the YR-4.
