No, stronger solutions don't hurt the parts. 20-50% stuff can be found at beauty supply shops. I have not seen anything stronger than 50% anywhere.I have no clue if thats actually true but I dont know where to get anything over 3%.

I only use tape to secure receivers and ESCs. All of my servos have mechanical mounts, whether factory equipped, adapted or manufactured from scratch. I've never met a tape that was as strong as a rigid mount with mechanical fasteners.
