MRP Pro-110 and Stage II

So I know there are a few other threads related to the Pro-110, but information about both the Pro-110 and Stage II is very scarce and scattered sparingly throughout the web. So I thought I'd take a stab at gathering everything I could in one place, just in case anyone was as curious about MRP's old...

Just another Jrx2 but with some Pro mixed in?

Just got this and am very pleased with it, so naturally I wanted to share. Despite some servo tape and minor dirt, its in very good condition. As I am still getting up to speed on everything vintage Losi, there are some aspects of this car that I am unsure of. If anyone has thoughts/suggestions/info...

Re: My JRX-T Build

I like the "Whole Wheat" Jrx-T. Box art is always nice, but so many people have done it. Plus I like adding personal flair. But I don't really like talking about my flair. Your truck looks great! I have those same rear tires on my shelf Jrx-T, but I'd really like to get a set of the ...

Re: 1987 Panda Pandamonium Buggy...restore or modify?

So build a vintage RC car, OR take your wife to see a movie, Batman v. Superman nonetheless... Man that's a tough decision, I wish I had your life...

Re: Factory Works C2 6-Gear Trailing Arm...

Some have connectors to hook up to the balance plug. I went to the INTEGY website and it doesn't give a whole heck of a lot of information. I'm guessing I need to get a JST-XH connector. Correct. You just need a balance plug (JST-XH connector) on your battery which will simply plug onto the appropr...

Re: Factory Works C2 6-Gear Trailing Arm...

I think I may be missing something in what you want to accomplish, but I have just always plugged the balance charging lead from the battery directly into the voltage checker/alarm. That way it should tell you the voltage of the entire pack, as well as individual cells. Therefore allowing the unit t...

Re: Cheapest Brushless ESC Test and Review

I'm looking forward to your ESC review. I've been thinking about getting that exact ESC for a long while now. The description wording in the Chinese acutions has always prevented the purchase: "High quality PCB plate, good linearity, high current capability, can be No brush and no sense of brus...

Re: Factory Works C2 6-Gear Trailing Arm...

Would something like this https://www.amainhobbies.com/trakpower-2s-battery-balance-lead-tkpp5606/p659339 be easier for you? That way you'd have a balance plug on the battery for charging and to plug into the alarm.

Re: Masami CAT XLS: a restored vintage and a re-release

Thanks. I think we choose to tinker with these old RC cars partly because they remind us of happier times, places we’ve traveled, people we’ve met, friendships we’ve began, etc. They certainly do that for me. They certainly do that for me as well. Lots of memories tied up in these toys. Beautiful b...
