Re: Amusing Engrish typos on Asian R/C parts

Sort of related but sort of not..... I found it funny anyways, and the people were probably wondering why I was taking a photo of their sign.

Re: MIP CVD re-release for rc10 and rc10t

Scammers are losing business with all the the vintage re-releases. I really hate to see it happen to such wonderful humans.

Re: FanRC FR01 TEN4.1 (Revised)

Is a spacer needed under the front gearbox too? The spacer under the tensioner looks like it puts the lower belt run very close to the upper run. There is a decent gap there now, and with a longer belt (if I go that route), it will probably end up even closer because I will probably end up raising ...

Re: 2024 VONATS rides

Great event. First time at Adrenaline... track really surprised me throughout the event with what type of grip it could generate. Not a ton faster in later rounds but the tire options expanded to give some different advantages. We went from low tread Ellipse to reverse mowhawk Ellipse to Slick, driv...

Re: RC10 DS Classic - Build

Not sure where they get that number, the original Deans are rated something like 30a (edit- rated 60a) and are much higher quality. If you watch some recent videos on YouTube, there is a ton of junk on amazon right now like 5a fuses that don't blow at 15a and terminals that are such poor material t...

Re: So, what did you do RC today?

Got around to starting to finalize the design and getting to printing the body for a garden tractor puller. Trying to go for a legit ~70s lawn tractor, so the chrome and M/Ts will be going away. Started off with just a scaled up 1:25 file, but ended up making some many adjustments that I just starte...

Re: New to RC and need some help identifying my thrift

The C stamp is also known as the Championship Edition. :?: The C stamp was used on all of the last versions of original vehicles, CE, Team, Worlds, and 10T. The color was the only diffrence between the CE and the Team/10T chassis. The CE used A, AB, B, and C chassis through its long production.

Re: Acetone/adhesive remover on polycarbonate is a no no

Oh yeah goof off is some nasty stuff. I only use it when going nuclear on something. I'm actually surprised to see it didn't melt that body right through the work table and halfway to Alex 😂 It might have if I would've rubbed it for more than half a second. What's seen in the picture was the result...

I'm just really happy they're doing a Jammin Jay replica! I think that's long overdue.

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???

My 5b clone arrived today, this was the one I got for $311 shipped but was coming by sea. Ended up a few weeks early, but still about a month and a half. Still, not at all disappointed, well worth saving the $100 or so in air freight. It's an absolute monster That’s a good price for it, I have a 36...

The other thing it needs I'll be contacting you later for.
