Re: Shodog’s DR10
Hit me up when you are ready for a wheelie bar  not all 10”ers are created equal  Thats a nice bar brother, anything for the first gen SC10's anything drag racing?? Only DR10 and Traxxas bars right now. I haven’t looked into making something for the SC10 setup. Probably better to mess...

Re: Picture of the day. (Taken by you)
Last 1:1 race of the crappy COVID year. This was my favorite pic of the day. Motivational notes are often left for the driver. This one rocks

Re: Chain Guides
If you decide on the chassis from Factory Works, let me know as I can save you the ebay fees and ship direct to you.
to your actual question, I would not worry to much about mounting it to your tub. Modern speed controls do not require nearly the cooling that those of yesterday did.

Re: RC10 FF
If it were mine...assuming it would clear, I would swap bellcranks leaving the "input" side on the right. Servo can then mount alongside the pack like the original prototype RC10.

Re: RC10 FF
Possibly try making a rack bar which should require less cutting and possibly could correct geometry with it a bit also.

Re: Kyosho Turbo Optima Re-Re Tires
One shortcut you may try is mini e-revo tires and wheels. The wheels are the correct offset and they are a 2.2 buggy size wheel. I’m not sure what tires you will find mounted but I bet there are some cool options.

Re: Kyosho re-re universal shafts
The modern stuff is pinned vs the taper, but on the ultima for example both vintage and modern axles fit just perfectly in our trailing arms so I doubt there is much dimensional difference

Re: New Production "Stealth X" Transmission
It’s way too large of a footprint, has no differential (but you can change the speed of the two sides...oval anyone?!), and the outdrives are way too far apart. I bought one to see what it was all about, it’s not a viable option at all.

GoMachV’s migration East
Hey guys! For those of you not on Facebook, I figured I should fill you in. We put in an offer on a place and it was accepted so we are packing up and headed to Idaho. Factory Works will be up and down for a while as we try to get our house sold here and get everything moved. If you don’t see me onl...

Re: GoMachV’s migration East
The last two times we went there looking at houses we got stuck coming back. The first time was a flat tire right as we crossed into Oregon and the last time we were stuck because the grapevine was closed due to weather. We are taking those as signs that Idaho wants us to stay

Re: GoMachV’s migration East
While I cant wait to be away from Oregon, we still have family and will be back and forth a lot I'm sure. Plus we become a destination for our friends and families as they leave town to stop and visit with us.
