Re: The Presto Resto

Here are the measurements of the Rowdy Baja bumper I have if it helps any. 266.7mm wide along the front edge. 166.7mm wide along the back edge. 30mm deep in the center before the kickup. 19mm deep on the sides before the kickup. 19mm wide kickup portion. 88.9mm inches center to center mounting holes...

Re: The Presto Resto

Yeah, it's probably different but I figured it may help to get some idea. It is pretty large overall. I did a Google image search for protractors, and held it up to the screen, and it seems to me like it has a 50 degree kickup angle.

Re: The Presto Resto

That was one of two measurements I online converted from Imperial (3-1/2") to Metric. The other was the total width of the bumper as my calipers don't open that wide.

Re: MRP Drag'n Master

They were one of the only production pullers of their day. They used High Roller rear tires/wheels, and the fronts were from their Pro-110 buggy. They called the chassis "The Wedge" and they had a funny car body. They were a simplistic design overall, and couldn't pull that much weight but...

Re: Thanks button - delay

Well I was finally able to get it working again without losing any of the 'Thanks' given or received to posts. :) The issue still remains of not being able to rethank a post after removing an initial one. The developer is claiming the mod must be conflicting with one of the other mods we use. They d...

Re: Server Funding Status

Fantastic! I can't thank you guys enough. :D I've gone over the sites analytics every night since the beginning of 2018, and the traffic we're currently getting is the highest it's ever been. It's because of the pandemic for sure. At least one good thing has come out of it. Yes, hopefully we'll reta...

Re: No-one talks about the 1/12th Fantom 4wd re-re???

Seems like nobody has discussed it as most didn't know about it, including myself. As a collector, I wonder how this will affect the originals value as the 1/12 Kyosho pan cars generally fetch a mint on eBay. Hopefully not much since original is still original. I'm happy to maybe get some new wheels...

Re: Now people can't stop talking about the 1/12th Fantom 4wd re-re :D

There's been one or two that have popped up on here before. They are very rare I'd surmise as they were only produced for a short time in 1988 I believe. I bought mine in 2013 from member clinehobbies. At the time I didn't know much about them but had a hunch it was something special. The one I have...

Re: VW Beetle baja nitro 4 wheel drive

You're way off on the time frame. There was never anything like that in the 80s. This version, and it's variants are from the mid to late 90s! It's from the Kyosho QRC (Quick Reverse Clutch) series. They were sold with various bodies such as a Dodge pickup truck called the Wild Dodge Ram or a Snake ...

Re: Forum News & Discussion

Today I registered ultrarc.net and rc10talk.net to compliment our existing .com variants. They both redirect you to here. It's always a good idea to register the other top-level domain name extensions of your main one when available. A few of you may remember that way back in 2002 I had an R/C monst...
