RPM made some for the B/T4 and SCT that used 1/2" bearings, which are only slightly under 13mm.

If 11mm would work, you have Traxxas options.

First of all, why’d you cut off the ears on the tranny case? I am sure you are aware yourself, those use a longer screw from the arm mounts to stecht to.
