Re: MIP Legend rere

As with the original 410, you have a drill template to move the nose plate forward. About halfway between a long and short wheelbase setting. You can tension the belt a bit with adding spacers as well though

Re: MIP Legend rere

It sounds like it will happen pretty quickly, couple months maybe. Definitely by the Vegas race. You can tell the front case is molded and same with the steering, but the hubs and carriers are machined. He makes the molds in house.

Re: ** Jconcepts Vintage Clash of Champions and Old School Reunion - Hoosier R/C Hobbyplex, New Albany, IN - March 28-30

Stoked to see the Ten4 piloted by Drew Boyd running 1 and 2 with Eustace in his 4-10 legend in the B main. I wish both transferred to the A main. Drew will be in with all mid motor purpose built 4wd cars in the A main.

Re: ** Jconcepts Vintage Clash of Champions and Old School Reunion - Hoosier R/C Hobbyplex, New Albany, IN - March 28-30

We had a bent dogbone just before the race started he noticed it. Still powered through to a 6th place finish. There was even a predator in the class. This event was just nuts. The legends were awesome and you could tell they were truly happy to see their old friend and be appreciated. Matt Francis ...

I had so much fun watching it on YouTube. Going forward I’m hoping that the classic class becomes more than just a small type event and becomes more popular.

RogueIV wrote: Mon Mar 31, 2025 12:27 am Anyone know about the pit spaces and power?
They have benches and power, but you'll have to bring your own chair. The benches are on the taller side, so you won't really be able to work on your car while sitting down.

Re: MIP Legend rere

If I have learned anything over the last few months it's that the American companies no longer have the integrity they once did. It will definitely change the way I think about them. That said, AE is still doing more than any other company for releases. I will tend to focus more on Kyosho and Schuma...

Re: Jrx Pro of my youth

Looking really good. That motor plate looks to have a slight bend in it when looking from the rear. You should be able to bend it back straight pretty easily. I'll break out the dead blow hammer and persuade it back in line. Fresh off the mail truck, revision b. I think I like it. 2025033...

Well I did it. I finally ate at a waffle house. I can now mark that off my bucket list along with steak and shake, Bob Evans, and White Castle all from this trip  I will also say, My waitress needed me to cash out because she was late to meet up with her po so yes, waffle house is exactly w...

** Hopelessly Incomplete Project of the Month - April 2025 **

We always like seeing runners and excellent shelfers, but how about the projects that never seem to come to completion? This contest is for the projects that are stuck. Missing parts, broken parts, impossible to find parts, or lack of motivation to put the parts together. What does winning mean? Con...

Re: ** Hopelessly Incomplete Project of the Month - April 2025 **

A fairly rare Yokomo WCS YZ-10. This has been ongoing since 2014 where I'd buy some bits, forget about it, then buy some bits again and forget about it again. I probably have about 90% of it ready to go and went through a bit of push to finish it, but when I got screwed from L&L models on the tu...

Re: ** Hopelessly Incomplete Project of the Month - April 2025 **

Wait- you only want pics of one unfinished build? I have like 14 going at a time 😅 I wouldn't know how to decide.

Here is my Bulldog. It's been sitting like this for at least 6 years. It survived the move but now it seems I've lost the tires and wheels 🫣
