Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - February 2025 ** - Winner - 1300GT

Alot of nice cars...as predicted the Coyote is starting to pull way ahead...Frankentrucks build is really custom too if u look at the build thread...it might gather some late steam...Kid Agains truck is really cool...you think the Big Bear is too much of a babies toy for the viewers? I think it's m...

Re: 8RADs OIN build #2

Finally got all my tranny alignment issues sorted. Got my bent chassis sorted and my drive line sorted.....I think. So I ordered a Custom Works CVA kit for outlaw 4/Rocket 4. What arrived was a 67mm bone and a 5mm axle which is I think a stock B6 to B6.2 CVA assembly. I had my buddy turn the axle do...

Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - February 2025 ** - Winner - 1300GT

I think we should run a seperate fun poll...

POS of the month - must have 4 tires and a body.
or
Worst paint job of the month
or
Most hacked - wood screws, glue, ie worst repair.
or

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???

That custom decal creator is magic, the only "complaint" if there was such a thing was the time that it took to get printed.

One additional rule: POS of the month entries need to also run despite it's horribleness
I came across a great candidate, but it might be a ringer 🤣

That's not a diamond in the rough, it's a diamond in the rust.

Re: Looks like AE is going to actually have vintage parts support

Nice to see they brought back the 25° blocks. Also, they brought back the cva set from the 2014 worlds car just a few days ago. The bones might still be too short still like they were in 2014, but I'm glad since I use those axles on everything up to the B4/T4 :D

Re: JRXT of my youth

Had some time to dig in the stash. Lookee what I found. A battery box attached to a JRX2 and a loose one. 20250215_100959.jpg Also found some white steering arms to match what I had on my OG truck. Should clean up fine. 20250215_100218.jpg Rear tires will be NIP X-patterns and fronts will ...

Re: Losi JRX Pro SE build

Slight change of plans. After seeing the SE racer that RogueIV built, I decided I needed to build a modern SE myself. That means this NIP chassis that I had squirreled away will get opened and used on this build. The existing chassis, while new, has a bit of shelf wear, and will better suite the mod...

Re: Losi JRX Pro SE build

That MIP bar is great on track, especially if you run the bar on top of the bellcranks- also the LXT castor blocks are the same as the Jammin Steering Enhancement kit, they're a little beefier and allow axle height adjustment with the stock steering arms...last trick I found on the front end is the...

Re: 2025 21.5 Pre-Pro SE buggy

Ok, so late race report. 2025 Tamiya World Classic at WORC. Buggy was just as good with the new layout as it was with the shorter and mostly more technical old layout. Overall the only changes I made was to go up one piston in the front and down.one in the rear. Car was hella fast, I wasn't the bigg...

Re: Blasphemous B2.4 Racer

Alright. Didn't really enjoy this car during the 2025 Tamiya Vintage World Classic. Had finally put it in the A during Q3 and was bumped down the ladder in Q4 and had to run the B, I pulled the car in the B to take care of some family stuff going on that was more important. I worked my ass off on th...
