Re: Losi X5 decals
You mean XFactory, Losi didn't make the X5. I don't think anyone has reproductions yet but these guys might have some https://www.dms-racing.com/browse-store/manufacturer/x-factory/results,81-100

Re: Best Liquid Mask product?
absolutely not Spaz Stix unless you enjoy pain and suffering.
Also most airbrush paints for rc bodies are waterbased Acrylic. It's the spray cans you need to worry about.

Re: JRX-AmCE (Amatuer Comical Edition)- The start of something silly
So I decided to cut up the body that came on my JRX Pro when i first got it.
It's Miller Time! I'm not sure I want to put buggy wheels on it now though.

Re: So, what did you do RC today?
Yesterday did a lot of practice and tuning on my AE B6.4 and Schumacher L1R. Finally getting comfortable again with indoor carpet and getting used to the L1R which is still a new platform for me. Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
New 3D Printer. Sovol SV06 Plus. Hopefully this gives me less headaches than my knockoff Ender3. Bit bigger, can run a lot hotter so i can do Nylon, and has a lot better motion system and interface. Bonus is It auto levels the bed.

Re: TC3 vs. newer TC5/6/7 or others
Greetings all! I've been having fun lately with my recently resurrected Factory Team TC3 that I've had since it was new in '92 or so? I think the TC3 is a great car. Very adjustable, light, works great, etc, etc. Enjoyed it so much that I bought a second TC3 for my son to drive with me. It's his fi...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Linear servos. It's sad we don't have them in modern times. EMS made some conversions back in the 2000s for a s148. It makes so much more sense. Hmm would be fun to design a newer version of that. So got a nice surprise in the mail today IMG_20231212_171719609.jpg IMG_20231212_173926771.jpg Also I ...

Re: NRC-24 1/24scale RC10 replica
Well I finished up the chassis build. Fun build, a bit more work than a typical model since all of the nylon bits are SLS printed you have to clean out the unsintered powder from from the holes and do a bit of cleaning up of surfaces. The parts are really high quality. There are a few issues I had t...

Re: Land Speed Rocket Car
I love it. Just mentioning you *may* want to review your front axle and get some kind of caster built in. High speed (and we are talking high speed) stability comes to mind. It also scrubs off steering sensitivity. I'm also wondering is active aero might be a better method for keeping this thing in...
