Hi rwordenjr I have only used acrylic water based paints for some time. Proline seems as good as any. I don't think acrylics adhere quite as well as solvent based lexan paints. Yes, later 10T's had the back arms, same as used on the T2.

Most of my 10T's ( 4 of 5) have those arms. The other has the V2 white arms.

Here is one of mine I have done and the decals have all stuck just fine.
