Re: a thread for BambuLab machines
Bambulab proposes since today some TPU for AMS. Shore is 68D, which means it is not as flexible than what we are used to think when we think TPU. That said TPU layer adhesion is great, and printing speed announced are fast: that could be a good test to do for suspension arms or other exposed parts.....

Re: a thread for BambuLab machines
My X1c's are listed as "Ampak" as they run a different controller, but a quick google shows others saying the P1 will come up as expressif (as well as smart light bulbs, switches, etc using the ESP32 module)

Re: a thread for BambuLab machines
Normally, it should be able to do OTA (OnTheAir) updates... That said, it may have a user connected for this... And since the post, I've search for offline update via SD card... Unfortunately, for the P1 series, it's marked as "coming soon"... https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/general/update-fi...

Yes, send me your address and I'll find a phone in my collection to send you. It's a 2 minute task once you have a proper device.XLR8 wrote: Any suggestions?

Re: a thread for BambuLab machines
I would suggest to try with a version of Bambu Studio prior to 1.06.00 firmware... Maybe Bambu Studio 1.08.04 for example, that you can find here. https://github.com/bambulab/BambuStudio/releases/download/v01.08.04.51/Bambu_Studio_win_public-v01.08.04.51-20240117164301.exe This was prior they added ...

Re: a thread for BambuLab machines
I have uninstalled Studio version 09, rebooted the computer and, using the link you have provided (thanks for that), I have installed version 08. The software has logged me in automatically after installation. On Device tab, My Device name is unselectable. bambu studio version 08.jpg Did you try to...

Re: a thread for BambuLab machines
Doug, you need a friend .......................... a friend with a phone.
You really could just do this with someone else's phone, and then they can delete the app. I forgot I even had it on my phone.

Re: a thread for BambuLab machines
Really looking forward to seeing XLR8 get to 3d print, and comfortably from WiFi on a laptop. A cheap Walmart tablet with a camera on the back would be the quickest way, no phone SIM/plan, and take it back once the bind is complete; then set the Bambu to LANonly mode afterwards. https://www.walmart....

Re: a thread for BambuLab machines
Hope you will find a way to get this sorted, XLR8 On my side, there was a delivery attempt for the A1 mini yesterday, but it did not happened, as I was in the office and my wife was not home at that time. Another delivery attempt should happen today, and I'll work from home. It should arrive early a...

Re: a thread for BambuLab machines
I just started the A1 mini with the idea I would not use Bambu Handy app to do the pairing, just to try experience a bit if I could do something with Bambu Studio. I connected it to my Wifi (as I could key the wifi passcode on the screen), and then skip the user account connection. It asked me to ag...

Re: a thread for BambuLab machines
Anyway, has anyone experience adhesion problems with PLA or PTEG and have you heard about this new "super tack cool plate" from Bambu? https://store.bambulab.com/products/bambu-cool-plate-supertack Here's a review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Swf1sqWSg0c&t=2s At only $14.99, it lo...

Re: SilverTriple's printing stuff...
The Bambulab A1 mini is finally here... I had to go to the post office to get it, as no second attempt delivery... Anyway, got it during my lunch break, and unboxed it while my wife was preparing the lunch... I was only switched on once my work day was over. Once switched on, the calibration was sta...

Re: SilverTriple's printing stuff...
... Beside this, not much to say about this print : the quality is very similar to what was printed from the X1C and in terms of speed, it's not that different. ... Perfect! This is what we were hoping for. :D I'm just thinking that time wise it is 18 mins for the benchy on the A1 mini while 17 min...
