Re: TAG Pro 10
This is a link from an Italian forum about a Coyote restoration. https://www.baronerosso.it/forum/automodellismo-vintage/328157-restauro-sg-coyote-2-a.html On the second page a member named "Milan" states that he immerses the plastic parts from his Coyote and Schumacher Cat periodically in...

Re: Clodbuster Soap Opera
I must say the MSC turned out fantastic, I had to solder some new power leads onto the board and replace the Tamiya plug as the previous owner cut them and spliced in a deans plug. Pretty simple stuff really but makes a big difference. I even managed to remove and reuse the original zip tie..... 202...

Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - March 2021 ** - Winner - dinglem
I always loved the old Hotshots. I think the stock one posted here just looks mean too. One of the best looking cars they ever released. I bought a rere but haven't built it yet. For some reason, I still want a Frog too!

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Since you intend on running it, be sure to rehydrate the nylon. Old AE nylon gets pretty brittle. And I'd go ahead and replace the bellcranks. The original setup wasn't great when new, and it won't be any better after 30+ years. There are still several options available or you can probably 3D print ...

Re: Starting a best shock argument !
My favorite shocks of all time have to be the 12mm Associated shocks, specifically from the B6 / T6 / SC6 series. Just installed a set of the B6 shocks on my ReReworlds and they're amazing! https://i.ibb.co/WHfRZVt/F017-DAB0-46-B0-42-AE-9402-F733-FFC4-A81-D.jpg https://i.ibb.co/FBd7CtN/9-A8-AF592-3-...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
I got a six gear transmission, Pure-Tech strap and brackets, and some 10T front wheels. I already cleaned them up a bit, so they look a little better than what I received.

Re: TAG Pro 10
I picked up an optional TAG sway bar amongst a mixed lot of parts from a bloke in Italy. It cleaned up nicely as did the alloy ball ends. No mounts to attach it to the front shock tower were in the parts lot. A quick think and some scrap angle aluminium later and it was attached. TAG1.jpg The 1700SC...

Re: So what did you get in the post today ???
Past couple days deliveries. All the motors seem to run really good during quick initial test. Trinity 1987 Joel "Magic" Johnson signature 17x3 modified Team Losi Revolution yellow label (not sure what turn, etc..?) Trinity Speedworks 427 4wd 16x2 modified (seller stated and looks to be ne...

Re: ** Build of the Month Contest - March 2021 ** - Winner - dinglem
Hope this doesn't ruffle anyones panties but, i figured out why no one votes. It's just good ole fashioned laziness. I mean you vote for the president and its a waste of time (at least in Illinois) but in an important poll like this people just casually stroll by. this crap is serious!

Re: 1/5 scale monster truck project
I finished this 1/5 scale Hesse axle truck build about a month ago, but had not ran it yet. Mainly due to a big spike with my tinnitus it's just had me very down and in a dark place not feeling well at all. So decided to try to get a bit back to feeling like myself again by getting the 1/5 scale out...

Re: Houge RC10 with prototype trailing arms
Thanks all!!! Some answers to the questions raised: - The white arms are machined - According to my mail exchange with Ruffy, the aluminum parts are the real Houge prototypes - I am not sure about the width of the front arms, but will soon be able to tell The idea to add the aluminum prototype parts...
