Re: Smooth wheel and wing questions??

Aha, good info DerbyDan.
So the wheels aren't really for the TopCat....might use them anyhow.
Don't suppose you've a pic of the wing thing??
Thanks!

Re: Smooth wheel and wing questions??

Thanks Alex, so it was an adapted XL :?
I'm looking to put them on a Top Cat, not sure if they could be early Top Cat rims....but they look right.

Re: Smooth wheel and wing questions??

Fishing around online, I see there was a 2wd version of the Cat XLS. I presume the wheels are off one of those??
Can't seem to find anything about this car, no pictures or info at all :?

Re: Smooth wheel and wing questions??

Ah thanks :D
The top of these buttons have no holes?!? I remember those elastic bands and hooks now!

The wheels are 2wd narrow so I guess they're for the Top Cat?

Smooth wheel and wing questions??

Can anybody tell me about these wheels? I'm assuming they're early Schumacher or after market. http://i904.photobucket.com/albums/ac244/skidmark_photo/4a26bdc016d1b26de8102e37119d6088_zps4ae3b098.jpg Also wondering what I need to fix this wing in place.....I seem to recall some popper style buttons ...

Re: Topcat front shock mounts......

Thanks guys. I'm told using shock stand offs was actually preferred as the original mounts tended to break?

8rad, any joy finding one at all? It'd be good to at least see one properly :)

Re: Topcat front shock mounts......

Sorry yep, it's the T216 bits. Somebody suggested using standard shock standoffs, guess I'll give that a try!

Hi, About the small hooked inboard shock anchor/mounts for the Topcat front shocks.

Are these impossible to find or do you all know something I dont??? Is there an alternative?

Re: Hello

Haha, so it's just a question of time......well I always quite liked the RC10, just never had one. I really ought to finish what I've got before making the pile bigger.
