I'm guessing they probably are. Mine came with the wheels, so I don't have an exact HPI part number, but they do look the same.scr8p wrote:are these the hpi washers you are talking about?

Re: Rear axle crush tubes/spacers?
Guess you should call team associated and tell they need to get it right because they is exactly what they call it. http://www.teamassociated.com/parts/details/9751/ While you're at it tell their engineers they don't really need them and that they are just wasting money by putting them on >95% of ev...

Re: Rear axle crush tubes/spacers?
Found a part number that will work! 9751 are exactly what you need to put between the bearings for the RPM rear carriers. They are .110" thick, with an id of 3/16". This will be exactly like the original T2 setup and almost every other carrier that has a crush tube from the factory. I feel...

Big Bores
I just put new 12mm Associated big bores on my new T2 build, now I need to figure out what springs I should run on them. How do you even know where to start, there's so many! 18 different springs! Really? Wow this truck is going to be awesome! I'll get some pics up for you guys soon. Thanks for all ...

Re: Rear axle crush tubes/spacers?
I understand they will work without them, but I feel they will work better and allow for tighter axle nuts, and less slop if they were there. There is good reason that all the factory kits come with them. I just need help determining if there are any direct fits for the RPM carriers or not. I sent R...

Rear axle crush tubes/spacers?
I'm confused... again, LOL. I have RPM 70272 carriers with the 3/16x1/2x.196" bearings which fit perfectly into the carrier, but there's not mention of what crush tube/spacer to use. I measured the exact distance between the bearings and it's .107" on 1 side and .112" on the other sid...

Re: Please help with new 2.6 T2 tranny build.
Thanks, I put exactly what the build sheet for asc7678 said to put where it said to put it. It even came with the 2 grease tubes.
I'm happy with the way everything turned out, now I just need a motor plate for the T2.

Re: Please help with new 2.6 T2 tranny build.
Well that actually was very easy to do, I had the right bearing already, so just popped it in and used it as a guide to slowly run a 1/4" drill bit through the case so it lined up dead center, then just used an "F" drill bit to open it to .257" for clearance. 5 minute fix... Than...

Re: Please help with new 2.6 T2 tranny build.
Well that sucks! I guess the 1/4 x 3/8 bearing is the best option, I really don't want to mess with the shaft. Didn't want to cut the case either, but now that I just got 2 brand new additional T2 cases I won't mind opening the hole up a little over 1/4. Thanks for the quick reply! While I'm asking ...

Re: Please help with new 2.6 T2 tranny build.
OK, so I got all the brand new parts in to build my stealth T2 tranny, the top shaft is an MIP 12156 aluminum shaft for the B4.2/B4.1/B4, T4.2/T4.1/T4, SC10 according to the MIP package. Supposedly this is a straight swap into the case? The built in spacer on the MIP shaft won't go through the T2 be...

RPM Parts Update
OK, here's the latest I just received from RPM. (I've been talking to them through email) If you care to read the whole thing start from the bottom up as they are the oldest. Guess we need to post a poll on the 1st and foremost part that we really need the most. I just don't understand why they woul...
