You are correct, I should have re-read the first paragraph. In your memory was it a good meeting? It looks and reads like the cars must have been a real hand full!

A few year before I got good enough. I remember the excitement of reading about the big races back then.

I thought that the Euros may be of interest with the release of the new Optima. This was the time when the Optima was king and took over from the RC10.

That's a nice car it would be great to get it back in the same spec Craig used to win the Euros. There are quite a few pictures of the shell from that meeting I think.

Stulec52, yes I agree, the cars with history are so much more interesting. I'd love to see the Drescher car if you have any pics. I raced against Craig with that car many years back.

Hi Terry, yes I assumed the roll bar needed to go on the top, I'll rebuild it that way. Thanks for the offer, I went to fibrelyte and then made replacement parts.

The shell is very much a variation of Craig's, on one side at least.

I just need to find an undertray now!

I noticed that. They are smooth and a slightly different shape. They are anodized the correct colour so look like schumacher parts.

The car has some nice parts on it, but definitely needs some tlc. It looks like it was a team car, but got sold on and abused a fair bit!
