I just got a jrx2 and one set of wheels are painted so i want to remove the paint. Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Re: my not so NIB Turbo Scorpion. Rebuild thread.

Do you know of any shocks that would be a direct replacement. I have an assault that I'm slowly rebuilding. The shock collars are brittle and broken, so I ordered some from Team CRP, turns out they are 8mm shock collars and the stock are 10mm . My project is at a halt :? There is a guy on ebay who ...

Re: Wind Tunnel Racing Products 1/10 sprint car body

That's not the original Big Boys Toys sprint hood. It looks like it's a different version of the Bolink/Windtunnel sprint car body that doesn't incorporate the cage/side bars. Is that the only section you have or is there a rear fuel tank too? this is the only section i have. looks like its suppose...

Re: Wind Tunnel Racing Products 1/10 sprint car body

I have recently been on the hunt for a front nose-piece to complete my parts list for my BBT sprint build. The nose that is original to the car is this: http://i840.photobucket.com/albums/zz322/Daustin29/8a1ae6eb.jpg Is this the nose original your talking about? If so what is the name of it/car it ...

Re: Scorpion & Turbo Scorpion gear pitch?

Thanks mate - yeah, that centre gear's a bitch. The counter gear can be changed for the CRP brass item. Various 1.0 pinions are available on eBay. Centre gear? The guy from Time Tunnel 'melted' his original gear so he had some ground from polyoxymethylene/POM/delrin/acetal (whatever you want to cal...

Re: my not so NIB Turbo Scorpion. Rebuild thread.

A nice find and some nice hop-up’s to... :D Thanks Lars. I knew you'd dig this. I know the shocks have the CRP coil over kit on em. but what else is "HOP UP"? I suspect the black plastic steering knuckles? what was a 1 car restore preservation has turned into a 2 car project. 1 stock &quo...

my not so NIB Turbo Scorpion. Rebuild thread.

Here she is. My first real RC. Also the only one I bought new at a hobby shop, that also was a tv/vcr repair shop. (since then I got them used from someone somewhere) My dad and I built it together. Well I did wake up way early and worked on it for like 2 hours before my parents woke up to go to chu...

Re: Kyosho Rocky 4wd..... I think?

low profile rod ends like this with really low profile screw? along with metal or plastic substituted or fabricated part. the one end has the ball pressed into a metal end... could allow you to use your existing tierods/solve clearance issues. https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSO...

Re: Kyosho Rocky 4wd..... I think?

the pivot balls snap into it, so metal is out. 3d plastic is still a bit weak. If I didnt have so many projects I would play with it a bit, but I did mock up a g10 bellcrank, and the shortest pivot balls I could find were still too tall I am no expert but... I saw a bullpup full auto gun made on 3D...
