Re: Brushless motor
Just tried it out. I found I didn't have a 20 but I had a 21 tooth so I put that in. With cold road rage 2 tires it was all I could do to control it. Cold tires had a lot to do with it as we run them on our rc10gt s and have to get them warmed up before they work good. And that's in the summer. It'l...

Re: Brushless motor
I think I'm going to try a 20 tooth to start. That drops 2 teeth off what is recommended the 2.60 tranny. I have a 4500kv ordered too. I'm a little afraid that one might be a little hard on the tranny gears. Going to have to be careful when I try it in there.

Re: Animikii...if its too loud your too old.
Hey, they're your ears. Do what ever you want to them. When you get your aids you'll find out they suck. My hearing was shot when I got out of the army. Wasn't too old. And you wear ear plugs for your weed wacking, shooting and that kind of stuff. You can hear the crickets again with the aids but th...

Re: Animikii...if its too loud your too old.
Should have called the thread "How to need hearing aids by the age of 40." You don't realize it's happening it's so gradual. One day you just realize you can't hear birds or crickets anymore. I hate hearing these things because I know what it's doing to their hearing. My last aids were 6,0...

the shaft can be placed both on the right and left sides of the tranny, like the original Stealth... Ah, that makes sense. I kinda remember that now that you mentioned it. I was racing Kyosho's back when the rc10 came out so I wasn't really up on them. Didn't get any Associated stuff till about 200...

gear cover
The one I have I got on a rc10t I bought on ebay. Lhs is mostly planes and a few car parts. Not much help there. I guess I'll just have to keep watching for one on ebay. If I hit the mother lode, I'll let you know.

rpm gear cover
Does anyone know where I can buy a rpm gear cover like this one, http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXEV33&P=7 that will fit the original rc10 motor plate? I know they made them because I hve one. I'd like to find 3 more for my other cars. The lexan ones are kinda flimsey. Than...
